Refund policy

  • Our company has a 30-day return policy for all products. This means that you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • Please note that refusing to pay customs fees will not be accepted as a valid reason for a return. We recommend researching customs policies in your country before making a purchase.
  • The following items are exceptions to our return policy and are not eligible for returns:
    • Custom artwork
    • Custom arcade box kits & full builds (which will incur a restocking fee equal to the cost of custom artwork prints)
    • Closeout sale items or gift cards
    • Shipping & Insurance Charges
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@topstep.gg and provide the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The item you wish to return
    • The reason for the return
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
  • We also offer exchanges, but the fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.
  • Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.  It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since the return was approved, please contact us at support@topstep.gg.
